Other companies restrict the type of work submitted e.g. info-graphics, illustrations branding etc. We don't,  If it's design related we aim to do it. 

In terms of service, we vet our designers very heavily. They must be able to work on the full adobe suite, not just Photoshop.

Another difference is management (how we deal with you), and specialist (the people we hire). When we talk about management we are talking about getting to know you and the brand and starting to understand the goals and objects and working toward being pro-active with your account rather than re-active (you always provide all the information).

With specialists we talking about how we hire, others hire generalist, there is nothing wrong with generalist but at a certain point in your business you need specialists. Our hiring process hires specialists with a design lead to coordinate them all.
